Definitions
“Page“: the domains www.futbolenlatv.es, and any other domain included in the beginning of this legal notice, made available to Internet Users.
“User“: any natural person who uses or navigates the Page, or downloads the Apps.
“Content“: the pages that make up the entirety of the domain www.futbolenlatv.es, the WOSTI and WOSTI PRO Apps, which provide the information and services that FutbolenlaTV makes available to Internet Users. (hereinafter referred to as “the services”). This includes messages, texts, photographs, graphics, icons, logos, technology, links, drawings, sound and/or image files, recordings, software, appearance, graphic design, source code, and, in general, any kind of material contained on the Page.
“Website“: technical term that describes the system of accessing information via the Internet, which is configured through pages created with HTML or similar language, and programming mechanisms such as Java, JavaScript, PHP, or others, etc. These pages, designed and published under an Internet domain name, are the result of the information that the owner makes available to Internet Users.
“Hyperlink“: technique by which a User can navigate through different pages of the Website or the Internet with a simple click on the text, icon, button or indicator that contains the link.
“Services“: Website pages, social media, blogs, and other platforms on which FutbolenlaTV has a presence, and through which it offers services to users or constitutes a channel of communication with them, or of dissemination of the activity carried out by FutbolenlaTV.
“Cookies“: technical means for the “traceability” and tracking of navigation on websites. They are small text files that are written to the User’s computer. This method has implications for privacy, so FutbolenlaTV will notify users in a timely and reliable manner of their use at the time they are implemented on the Page.
Conditions of use
The mere use and browsing of the Web pages, Apps, Blogs for which FutbolenlaTV is responsible or participation in Social Networks in which it is present (hereinafter “the services”) grants the user status and obligatorily implies the complete, full and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the clauses and general conditions included in the Legal Notice, which is available exclusively in Spanish language. If the User does not agree with the clauses and conditions of use of this Legal Notice, he/she shall refrain from using the services.
This Legal Notice is subject to changes and updates, so the version published by FutbolenlaTV may be different each time the User accesses the services offered. Therefore, the User must read the Legal Notice on each and every occasion in which he/she uses the services offered.
Through the services, Users are provided with access to and use of various Contents published through the Internet by FutbolenlaTV or authorized third parties.
The User is obliged and agrees to use the Services and Content in accordance with current legislation, the Legal Notice, and any other notices or instructions made known to them, either through this legal notice or elsewhere within the Content that make up the services, as well as with the rules of coexistence, morals and good manners generally accepted.

Likewise, in accordance with all of the above, the User may not delete, manipulate, or in any way alter the copyright and other identifying data of FutbolenlaTV or its owners, digital footprints and/or identifiers, or any other technical means established for their recognition.
The User must refrain from obtaining or even attempting to obtain the Content using means or procedures other than those that, as the case may be, have been made available to them for this purpose or have been indicated for this purpose on the web pages where the Content is located or, in general, those that are commonly used on the Internet for this purpose, provided that they do not pose a risk of damage or disablement to the Website and/or Content.
FutbolenlaTV is not responsible for the transmission, dissemination, or availability to third parties of any material contained on the website, such as text, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software, logos, trademarks, icons, links, graphic designs, source codes, or any other material that may be accessed by users of the website. The use of the content by users will be carried out without harming the image and name of FutbolenlaTV.
FutbolenlaTV is not responsible for the use that users make of the content, nor does it endorse, collaborate, or share the opinions that may be expressed by users or on the websites where the content is made available to them. In the event that the use of the content is detected for a purpose that could, in the opinion of FutbolenlaTV, harm its image, the mere communication by email to the person responsible for the misuse of the content will be sufficient for them to cease using the content of the FutbolenlaTV website.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the Website are the property of FutbolenlaTV or, where appropriate, third parties who have authorized their use. The use or access to the services and contents cannot be understood as granting the User any rights over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs, nor can any exploitation rights that exist or may exist over said Contents be understood as transferred to the User.
Unauthorized use of the information contained on this Website, as well as the infringement of the Intellectual or Industrial Property rights of FutbolenlaTV or third parties included on the Website who have assigned content, will give rise to the legally established responsibilities.
The User shall be responsible for any claim that may be made against FutbolenlaTV for infringement of the copyright of the contents that the User has published.
Hyperlinks.
Those who intend to establish hyperlinks between their website and the services must observe and comply with the following conditions:
– Prior authorization will not be necessary when the hyperlink only allows access to the homepage, but it cannot be reproduced in any way. Any other form of hyperlink will require express and unequivocal written authorization from FutbolenlaTV.

Availability of the Website.
FutbolenlaTV does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the Website, its Contents, or their updating, although it will make its best efforts to prevent, correct, or update them. Consequently, FutbolenlaTV is not liable for any damages or losses of any kind suffered by the User due to failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that result in the suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the Portal service during its provision or prior to it.
FutbolenlaTV excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability, continuity, or quality of the operation of the Website and the Contents, or for not meeting the expectation of usefulness that Users may have attributed to the Website and the Contents.
The function of the Hyperlinks that appear on this Website is solely to inform the user about the existence of other Websites that contain information on the subject matter.
FutbolenlaTV is not responsible for the contents of such linked pages, the operation or usefulness of the Hyperlinks, or the result of such links, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that may produce alterations in the computer system (hardware and software), documents, or files of the user, excluding any liability for damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.
Access to the Website does not imply the obligation on the part of FutbolenlaTV to control the absence of viruses, worms, or any other harmful computer element. It is the responsibility of the User, in any case, to have suitable tools for detecting and disinfecting harmful computer programs; therefore, FutbolenlaTV is not liable for possible security errors that may occur during the provision of the Website service, or for possible damages that may be caused to the computer system of the user or third parties (hardware and software), files or documents stored therein, as a consequence of the presence of viruses on the computer of the user used for connecting to the services and contents of the Website, a malfunction of the browser, or the use of outdated versions of it.
Quality of the Website:
Given the dynamic and changing environment of the information and content provided through the services, FutbolenlaTV makes its best effort, but does not guarantee the complete truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness and/or timeliness of the content.
The information contained in the content that makes up the services offered by FutbolenlaTV is for informational, advisory, informative and advertising purposes only. In no case do they offer or have a binding or contractual character.

The WOSTI and WOSTI Pro apps do not require the collection of user data. In both cases, cookies are used for the purposes reflected in the Cookies Policy section. In the case of the WOSTI Pro app (paid €4.99/year), advertising will not be displayed during the use of the app.
The rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and portability can be exercised by means of a written request, accompanied by proof of the petitioner’s identity, addressed to FutbolenlaTV (WOSTI 2020, S.L., Calle Huelva de Calahonda, 1, house 29, 29649 Mijas Costa (Málaga, Spain), or by sending an email to [email protected].

Any other related account or blog does not represent any official link with FutbolenlaTV, and therefore is exempt from any responsibility for content published on such social networks, as it cannot exercise effective control over them. In any case, if the user experiences any type of incident regarding a link to a social network or blog that they have accessed through the services of FutbolenlaTV, they can report it to [email protected].
FutbolenlaTV will place the corresponding access to each Social Network within its services where it may have a presence. FutbolenlaTV will manage communications according to the terms and conditions of each platform or social network, and if assistance is needed regarding the management of the corresponding data, it can be directed to [email protected].
By becoming a fan or following us on the Social Networks in which FutbolenlaTV may be present, the user expresses consent to:

In case it is necessary to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, it will be necessary to address [email protected], indicating the user’s desire to unsubscribe.
Likewise, in the context of this treatment, FutbolenlaTV can only access user data as a follower of the social network in which they participate, or unsubscribe them.

FutbolenlaTV does not guarantee that users of services in which FutbolenlaTV may be present use the content offered in accordance with the law, morality, or public order. It also does not guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy, completeness and/or authenticity of the data provided by users.
FutbolenlaTV will not be responsible, either directly, indirectly or subsidiarily, for damages of any nature derived from the use of the services and content of the portals by users or that may arise from the lack of truthfulness, accuracy and/or authenticity of the data or information provided by users or the impersonation of a third party’s identity by a user in any type of action through the services offered by FutbolenlaTV.
For example, but not limited to, FutbolenlaTV will not be directly, indirectly or subsidiarily responsible for:
- a) the content, information, opinions and statements of any user or third parties or entities that communicate or display through the services offered by FutbolenlaTV.
- b) damages caused to third parties derived from the use by the user of the services and content offered by FutbolenlaTV.
- c) damages caused by the lack of truthfulness, accuracy or incorrectness of users’ identities and all the information they provide or make accessible to other users;
- d) damages derived from any user’s infringement that affect the rights of another user, or third parties, including copyright, trademark, patents, confidential information, and any other intellectual and industrial property right, as well as the use of users’ images.
The user agrees not to transmit, introduce, disseminate, and make available to third parties any type of material and information (data, content, messages, opinions, drawings, sound and image files, photographs, software, etc.) that is contrary to the law, morality, public order, and this Legal Notice. For example, and in no case limiting or excluding, the user agrees to:
o Not publish content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, promoting terrorism, or that violates human rights or the dignity of people.
o Not publish or disseminate data programs (viruses and harmful software) on the Internet that may cause damage to the access provider’s computer systems, its providers, or third-party Internet users.
o Not disseminate, transmit, or make available to third parties any type of information, element, or content that constitutes illegal or unfair advertising. The use of Users’ email addresses for the sending of unsolicited advertising, links to websites, and any other type of communication that directly or indirectly promotes the activity of a third party is expressly prohibited.
o It is also forbidden to send “spam”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes,” and offensive communications, attacking the dignity of the advertiser, or contrary to laws and good customs to Users’ email addresses.
o Publish false, ambiguous, or inaccurate information and content in a way that misleads the recipients of the information.
o Not impersonate other users using their registration keys to access different services and/or content of the portals.
o Not use FutbolenlaTV’s distinctive signs, logos, or trademarks for the exclusive benefit of the user, and in any case without the proper authorization from FutbolenlaTV.
o To not publish, transmit, or make available to third parties any information, element or content that constitutes a violation of intellectual property and industrial rights, patents, trademarks, or copyrights that correspond to the owners of the Portals or third parties.
o To not disseminate, transmit, or make available to third parties any information, element or content that constitutes a violation of communication secrecy and personal data legislation.
To be able to control the content, we request that users inform us by email at [email protected] of any false or erroneous information, attitudes and behavior of users, offensive comments, images of identifiable people that may be distasteful or offensive to morals and good customs, as well as any possible errors in the information provided, in order to remove the information or images, block certain users if necessary, and correct any erroneous information.
Jurisdiction
For any issues arising from the interpretation, application, and compliance with this Legal Notice, as well as any claims that may arise from its use, all parties involved submit to the Judges and Courts of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
Applicable law
The Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
